i washed and waxed her and put about another 50 miles on her. she now has a little over 11,000 miles. not bad for 21 year old car.

You should drive it more. Mine had 108k when I sold it.
she is basically in like new condition. i'll get some interior pics tomorrow.
Looks good
I miss my 93 that was infinitely uglier![]()

Do do you drive it so infrequently? That's literally probably the lowest mileage 2000 Mustang on the planet. I thought I was doing pretty good with my 3rd gen 4Runner just hitting 100k a week ago![]()

That sumbitch looks awesome!!
They made about 100 billion of them so you shouldn't feel that bad...
How’s the underbody? I looked at a few around here as a summer beater but even the cleaner lower mile ones had rough subframes, like some I wouldn’t have felt safe driving without reinforcement.
Go drive it and enjoy it. While it's an exceptionally nice example, those cars are plentiful. Also, putting that few miles on a vehicle brings with it it's own set of potential mechanical issues for the car itself.
Hard to find a clean Mustang more than 10 years old, especially this side of the Mason Dixon... that’s the only reason I bought my ‘89, almost clear of rust underneath even with 98k on the clock... with the dent on the door and only being a 4-banger it was still worth my $500. I’m leaning heavily toward LS swap at this point.![]()
An 89 Ford Mustang?
I'd be heavily leaning towards a vehicle recycling facility.![]()
Eh, it's not the prettiest vehicle, but it's easy as shit to work on and there are so many dirt cheap parts out there to make it entirely whatever you want it to be. And I put a 340 lph pump in her so now I'm committed... or rather I should be committed.
I drove my ‘00 GT in several snow storms.![]()
I always crack up at car ads where they mention it hasnt seen snow or rain. Oh fuck now I'm sure to give you more money!!!![]()
Yeah like oh no acid rain? To them it’s an important thing to do to treat a car right I guess. The wife’s ‘10 civic has 188k miles on it now and you get under that thing and it is clean as fuck. We let Honda do their undercoating thing as the only dealer option when she bought it new and it has been remarkable. Still have the original exhaust on the thing too. And it has driven in PLENTY of snow. Number one thing is wash the damn thing a few times in the winter... especially after any big snow storms that you drove in.
looks great. I've been trying to buy an 03 Cobra for a week and this jerkoff dealer is giving me the runaround it seems. Going to bail on the deal tomorrow if he can't get his shit together.
possibly, but he's also just a jackass moron that seemingly has no idea what he's doing, yet has multiple $100k cars for sale at his business including a $1.2 million Ford GT. I'm done with him, though...it's not like it's the only one out there. Now I hope I don't have to fight Paypal to get my deposit back.
