    But you would think, that when they built the car that this would be a problem.

    Yes, why did this take 20+ years???
    Going to order 2 now. My '98 is still prefect since no one had touched that car but me. I bought the '99 used and it's so flat I've never tried to fix them.

    My 97 had oem jack pads there. I guess they took them away on the ls cars to save $0.001 cents per car?

    Huge problem for '98 - '02 cars... I'm surprised they all weren't running around with the front fenders flapping around from being broken.

    I'm afraid to try straightening my '99... They are so smashed. I can't believe the fiberglass panel is not broken there from being folded over. The outside fender gap is not bad so I've never touched them (don't want to make it worse).
