This guy does some great videos.

AGM's seem like a bit of a rip off.

Great video and the results surprised me. I didn't think the cheapo wally-world batt would fair as well as it did.

Meh, no longevity no care. My duralast platinums by enersys were the best batteries I’ve ever owned.

There’s only like 3-4 battery manufacturers for all of the brands. I get the Costco battery because it’s convenient and the warranty is fine.

Amusing timing. I had to replace the batteries in the GMC last night. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized the Duralast Gold batteries from Autozone lasted almost 8 years. I went with Duralast Gold again.

This guy does some solid videos. I definitely went down the rabbit hole and watched several of them after watching that one.

Haven't watched it yet, but I run AGM batteries where I am concerned about battery acid leaking and causing damage, especially on classic/vintage cars that don't see a ton of miles.

I've been using Wal-Mart batteries in daily drivers for years, mostly due to the convenience of being able to run in and grab exactly what I need, when I need it, without any hassle. The warranty on the batteries are as good as most other lead acid batteries.

Another vote and a long term Walmart battery purchaser, there is a Walmart near by should I ever need the warranty and were always best on price. I tried NAPA batteries for a while a couple years ago and they sucked, 12-18 months max and needed the warranty.

I find it interesting that Walmart is a leader in car batteries and also engine oils and such, their "Tech" products go head to head with many much more expensive oils in the market.

The variable charging system kills them faster. I think my stock battery made it 23-25k miles. So glad that abortion of a truck is gone.

Best battery I ever owned was the factory Toyota battery (Panasonic) that lasted almost six years with daily use. Now I'm running a Optima Yellow Top which seems to be doing alright.
