I have the Helms on the LS2 for the GTO. I also have the Helms for the 07 Vette also with the LS2. Exactly what information do you need?

The pictures that you posted up: what vehicle were those for. I have a 2006 GTO so I wondered if that was the right one.

2005 Pontiac GTO and probably all still good for a 2006 Pontiac GTO.
E40.......based on the Cam Gear shown here
----> Engine Components Front
Also because there are 3 ECM connectors shown here ---->
ECM Connector C1
ECM Connector C2
ECM Connector C2, C3
E40 (3 connectors)
E38 (2 connectors)

Great information here. Do you have an illustation of the Vette front accessories? Particularly the power steering pump/ reservoir.
I'm trying to determine if another model pump will work with the Vette alt/ps pump bracket -- or am I stuck with having to buy the $250 model specific unit.

I thought I had pinouts for an E38 but I don't.
I do have E40 pinouts.
I've only got a wiring harness instruction sheet for an LS7, 58x reluctor, Manual trans,...with a 2 terminal PCM but I can't be 100% positive it's an E38.
I've got a dimensioned drawing of an LS7 PCM #12603892...again I do not know 100% if this is E38.
Best bet contact Elmer above....he says he has Helms manual for 2007 Vette.

Great info!
I'm doing a litle reserch to find a way of using an aftermarket programmable injection and still use the 6l80e trans.
Does the manual include any system descriptions of the TCM and ECM? I would really appreciate more info of thoose systems.
It would maby be possible to make a custom harness for the e38 to control only the transmission.... hmm...
Thanks,
Simon

Chassis measurements are not in Helms as I thought they were. There must be another book used by repair shops to work on frames and realignment, sorry.
I did add all of the A6 connectors that I saw in the book. I have them listed in post #8

Simon,
Have a read of this whole thread. You'll find some answers and contacts for people working on custom solutions.

thanks once a again "eboggs_jvkl", I think I have all the info I will need to make my own custom harness know.
I don't think i will use aftermarket EMS afterall, I still need HP tuners or EFI live to tune the trans etc.
An alternative would be to use the sensors for both the E38 and my aftermarket injection and not connect ignition coils and injectors to the E38. Then use the aftermarket programmable injection for fuel and ignition.
"HSV-GTE-300", I will read the thread thoroughly (spelling?) and se if I get a better owerview
I'll let U guys know when my project starts for real, right know I'm buildning my own work shop.
Simon

Yes it's possible to get cruise control working.
What throttle body do you have ?
Do you have the cruise control module, switches on the clutch (if applicable) and brake pedal, cruise control activation stalk mounted to steering column, VSS (vehicle speed sensor) working ?

I have 90mm electronic throttle can add switches for clutch and brake, speed sensor is fitted and working, want to mak my own stalk if posible most use 2 wires and different resistor values for each function. I do not have the cruise control module what part number is it and do you have any wiring diagrams.

This is all I have that might be of any use.
It looks to me as if there is no need for a seperate Cruise Control Module when using this computer.
Main Computer…………………Service #12200411
There's info there that will help with the stalk.
