Need advice on Decent 4 channel amp and 4 speakers for iroc

Not looking for anything earth shattering here. Friend just wants clean decent sound in his iroc. Has a nice alpine deck already and just ran good wires to his speakers.

What are your recommendations for a decent 4 channel amp, two good 6x9s, and two good 4x6s to replace the factory stuff?

Would like to keep it in the 3-400 range, hoping this is doable, thanks guys

Edit: actually just talked to my friend, got him to spend more if necessary, would still like to keep it low but can spend up to 5-600 max...thanks guys
