    Pretty nice looking Kia:

Feel like they copied Mercedes on the interior and quite a few companies on the exterior though

Sure does........Side looks like a Chevy SS, the back an Audi and the front looks like their Genesis coupe mated with an AMG GT. But all in all a pretty good looking car.

Nailed it . Back screams A7 to me. Wonder what she'll cost.

Yea,Kia makes some nice looking cars nowadays. Before I got my Fusion, I was strongly considering the Cadenza as well as the Optima SXL. The interior on both look fantastic.

To power the spectrum between Nürburgring laps and family holiday road trips, the Stinger will come with choice of two turbo engines, both of which are still under development. The range-topping Lambda II 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 will put out an estimated 365 hp and 376 lb-ft of torque. Kia is aiming for a 5.1-second 0-62 mph (100 km/h) and 167 mph (269 km/h) top speed with that V6, while it expects the 2.0-liter turbo four Theta II to offer 255 hp and 260 lb-ft.

Whichever engine the buyer chooses, it'll be mounted longitudinally and set rearward below the stretched hood. It'll drive the wheels with help from a second-generation eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, which will be Kia's first gearbox to use a Centrifugal Pendulum Absorber to cut torsional vibrations through the drivetrain.

Very nice car! The Stinger GT will start in the mid 30s. For that price though, I'd rather have a Charger Scat Pack if I was looking to purchase a performance sedan.

I thought the same. I used to think they were junk (and they did used to be junk). Then one day we were out test driving cars and happened to be passing a Kia dealer.....

Kia did a 180 pretty much. They used to be throw away cars. Buy one, use it, chuck it in the trash basically when you were done with it. They pretty much were junk.
In the last 6 years or so they've worked hard to turn that around and they're actually pretty nice cars. I could see how someone would think they're junk if they've only had experience with the old Kia's, but the new ones are legit good cars

I agree, mid 30s for a Kia. Even mid 30s for a Hyundai is a hard sell for me.

Hard to get excited about an import commuter. Guess that's what happens when you get old.

Our local dealers don't help the Kia brands image. One dealerships ads will say "Kia! Kia!" in a munchin type voice several times during each ad. It's like they don't even take the cars themselves seriously. I'm a fan of Kia over its Hyundai twins.

My mom had one of the originals and while it lasted ok it was just cheap as hell all over. My sisters suv thingy has survived her and is on her second teenage son fairly reliably

I drove a 2002 Spectra for awhile. 140mi roundtrip commute so that lil beater was perfect. Super cheap like you stated but I'd hate to wreck even a Civic with that commute

They are disposable. I've seen oil pans on 5yr old Kia's rusted as bad as 15 yr old American cars. For a lease they are fine, but I wouldn't pay much for one.
