Goodyear F1 GS D3 rears only...appearance?

I need some 315's and really want these tires. This may sound a bit anal, but it's such a change in tread pattern, I worry that it'll look dumb if I keep the stock F1's on the front, please throw some opinions my way...thanks.

I agree, I hate differing tread patterns, too- One other thing, these things are cut WIDE, much wider than a 555R ;)

what do you mean these things are cut wide?? a 315 should be a 315 should be a 315 seems to me. Good info though, I'm already worried about hitting the gump stop on the car.

is your car lowered? or stock height?? i am gonna be doing the same thing, i just had my ws6 wheels widened, and i will be putting those out back, i've wondered about the look as well, but i think it will look badass any way its done

stock height, so I'm not worried about rubbing, just the appearance of the different tires. I"m going to go ahead and get them, and i'm sure by July I'll be buying new front ones to match.

I ahve 17 x 10.5 and I'm quite certain I'll have to do the bump stop mod though.

Tires are like Shoes, or whatever...Some brands run big, others small. The 555R Nitto is a bit narrow for a 315, and the D3s are really meaty and square. Another wide cut 315 is the BFG Drags, I have them on this time around and they are visibly wider than the 555Rs I typically run.

They are kinda like shoes, Ground Control Kits, or whatever more like it...I have some Toyos on my car, and they are a much larger tire than the Goodyear F1s they replaced.

I placed the order for the 2 rears today...maybe if I can sell my 4 old F1's I'll buy the two fronts.
