Very awesome work. I had it powdercoated black with the spring and shaft chromed. Porting job is also top notch and you can feel a noticable throttle response difference.

Got mine without powdercoat or chrome; the TB he sent looked almost brand new.

I got mine polished w/chrome spring as well. The work quality is spectacular, although I was a bit miffed that I was never informed that I would be required to do the TB coolant bypass mod when I ordered it. Nor was there any documentation of this provided with the part upon delivery. He just took it upon himself to tell me "to just do the bypass and it will be fine" without any follow up or offer to send the coolant lines needed to use the factory coolant setup.
It wasn't a HUGE deal, but I am moving up to Seattle in a few months and with the cooler weather, I would have preferred to keep the coolant line running through the TB instead of bypassing it. Oh well, overall I am pleased with the product itself.

Why, just hook the coolant lines to the TB. Mine works just like a stocker.

If there were any coolant lines on the TB when it was delivered, I would have LOL
Apparently he takes them off to polish it and doesn't polish the lines or put them back on..............

Really? He sent you the coolant lines with your TB???? Were they polished as well? Were they attached to the TB still?

AAAAHHHHH THAT'S the difference. He said that on the powder coated ones, he leaves the lines there, but on the polished ones, he removes them to do a "100%" job. Mine is polished.

Thanks, it does look really nice, I just had a bee in my bonnet about the whole coolant line issue. But no worries, life goes on and ya can't sweat the small stuff.

That is my friend's. He took the pic for me as the TB's were bought in a group of 5 and all shipped to his place. I ALWAYS give him grief about using that bedspread as a background for pics.
