Did I get an 8 rib?

hmmm...i ordered my kit (which i believed to be the standard 6 rib) from Tbyrne in November....At that point, ATI hadn't started releasing the 8 rib kit yet...well i was just tinkering with the parts and started counting the ribs...

8 ribs (grooves right? or am i being retarded?) on the belt, and 8 on the balancer.

was I lucky enough to get one of their 8 rib kits a bit early? should i post pics to verify?
