I installed the SLP y-pipe and GMMG exhaust, now the y-pipe bangs on the stock tunnel brace. What tunnel brace has more clearence?

I removed mine and tossed it:) Besides, you have SFC's which will provide more than enough strength

Yeah, the stock tunnel brace basically serves no purpose once you have SFCs... if you feel like you need something, just go with a DSL from SLP or BMR. :)

The exact same thing happened to me when I put the SLP y pipe in. All I did was put a couple of washers between each bolt on the tunnel brace and it went away. It was a pretty hard banging too so unless yours is completely smashing against it, a couple of washers should space it out enough for you to never have a problem with it again.

I have the SLP bolt on sub frame connectors, and I purchased the BMR tunnel brace, which ties in the subs. My brace looks like a square "U", I believe since I purchased mine they have changed the style. It was $89.
