I pulled both of these out of my 1999 WS6 last year at 12,000 miles when I installed my turbo motor and bullet-proof T56.
The motor is totally stock and had Mobil 1 oil changes every 3000 miles and made 337 rwhp bone stock with a air lid and Borla exhaust. It includes all the covers and a F-body oil pan (no accesories). $2000
T56 also works perfect and had a fluid change @ 5000 miles. It will include all sensors and the Bell-housing. $1200
BOTH THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION.
