C6 looks great except for 1 thing...

put some decent brakes on the thing...

what really annoys me is when you have really nice looking car, nice set of 18 in wheels and they have the pissy little set of brakes. i want to look and see a nice set of 355mm cross drilled and slotted 6 piston caliper brembos or AP racing.

for crying out loud, it is a performance car, put some performance brakes on it......

apart from that, how do i get my hands on one :drool::drool:

ahhhhhhhh..... there are cross drilled rotors, and even with thoes "small" rotors, it probably brakes better then cars thousands better, and this isnt even the Z06.

6 piston Brembos are too freakin heavy. I wouldn't put em on my car unless I was a die-hard road racer.

BTW, cross-drilled rotors come with the optional Z51 performance package, and they do look pretty sweet.

i agree with you, but not enough vette buyers give a crap about brakes to justify the extra production costs involved with the type of brakes we want
