Im going to order my new rear end next week more than likely. I just wanted some input from folks who have had experiences with either product.

any warranty issues you may have had.
and breakage problems.
and possitive, or negative customer service issues.

are both companies equally reputable, and equal in quality?

thanks

Moser comes with, "some assembly required". That way you are responsible if it fails.

Strange is plug and play. Even comes filled with fluid.

Strange has a different U-joint size and you will need to get the old propeller pressed out of the driveshaft and the new one pressed in.

E,

are they comparable in price?

I would really much rather have a "plug and play" unit.

do most of the big parts places sell both? ie, Tbyrne, Thunder, and those types?

Tbyrne sells the Strange... when I buy a 12 bolt, that's who I'm gonna buy it from. ;)

Seems like Moser can be tough to deal with on warranty. Strange has always had quality parts and that's who I'd go with.

At least do all the install & setup locally so you can deal with it without shipping a rear back and forth.

we are a dealer for MOSER as are most of the shops we have not had any problems as of yet with MOSER

Tom at TYBRNE is the only guy selling a STRANGE rear that i know of

you will find people happy and unhappy with both each situation is different

good luck with your choice
