I received the check from the sale of my vacation home and property in West Virginia earlier this week.
Yesterday I sent off the payoff check for my C5 via Express Mail so I should be receiving a clear title in the next week or so! :woot:

Nice, congrats.
I unfortunately never get to share that exact emotion because I've only paid cash for my cars but I can certainly relate to the feeling of driving/enjoying a car that doesn't partially belong to a bank/credit union. :yay:

X what have you run your vette up to [over 100 ] not at the strip:p
I've got a ways to go. It must feel nice to own a Corvette free and clear. :)

I'm ready, Cary! I just have to talk my wife into the move now. She wants to move to San Anton' as much as I do, but she doesn't want to live her elderly parents behind.

Oh  ...very good reason to stay in PA, for now. I'm taking a web-based college nursing course on Gerontologic Nursing. You & your wife are to be commended for taking a great Caregiver attitude towards her parents.
My luck, I'll be in Iraq by the time ya'll finally move to SA.
