I'd take it off and either get the holes filled and have it repainted or go withe the wings west grill.

IMO it looks like crap with it off, unless you fill the holes up and have it repainted.

Fwiw I have a silver camaro as well, and I have a black billet grill. I painted behind it black too with a flat black paint. Looks sharp, but I need to repaint it again because of all the rock chips.

dude that picture is fucking awesome, where did you get those grills.... I have a warbird style hood for my pewter Z that is being painted right now and I think it may look good with that combo. The two holes on the bottom will balance it out I think...

Did you make those grills or buy them like that? Its very, very cool IMO.

If you are talking about mine, I made the grille. Its the Gutter Guard Mod!! :D

I took the nose cover off to take the plastic grille then just formed some gutter guard (bought at any home improvement for about $1.50 a yard) to the hole. Used some tape (duct tape that is) to hold it until I could get the nose back on, then the black foam peice held it in after that!!

Gutter guard mod's are in the house! Here's my grille. Its an SLP Bowtie grille. Paint matched. Made the screens out of gutter covers I bought at Home Depot. Duct taped them on the back of the grille openings. Painted them silver. Unfortunately, Maryland State troopers hate it when you don't run a front tag. After getting stopped a bunch of times by them and the locals, I put the tag back on. I painted the license plate frame painted too. Even with the tag on there, I still think it looks way better than that ugly stock cheap looking piece.

A Grille and clear corners go a long way on these cars. Go for it!
