yes.

Everything internal to the engine from the F-Body and Corvette fits in the GTO engine. There are a few intake tubes that work with stock or aftermarket throttle bodies and MAF sensors. There are some headers coming out as well as cat back exhausts. There's a Magnusen supercharger available now and Vortech is testing their supercharger kit (if they haven't released one yet).

Go over to www.ls1gto.com and look around there.

I thought about removing the skid plate but your oil filter and oil pan will be sheared right off if you hit something ie tire on the highway, rock, curb, etc. Better safe than sorry.

As for GTO parts they are coming and alot are already here.
Exhaust: Stainlessworks, Corsa, Borla, SLP, Spintech
CAI: SpeedInc, CSperformance, MASC, LPE is coming.

:drive:

BMR's aluminum skidplate replaces the heavier one that is ALREADY on the GTO, saving 9 to 10 pounds. Bob :)

I like the steel plate that's in there now. I just changed my oil this weekend. Found two scrapes on the pan that made me glad it wasn't the oil filter.

It protects the aluminum oil pan and oil filter because they're fairly exposed otherwise. Without 4 feet of nose sticking out in front of the engine, it's more vulnerable. A steel plate is bolted up underneath the engine to protect it. It's either that or raise up the engine so the hood has to bulge way out.
