any front end specialists out there?

where can i find a place to learn about all the parts that make my front end work?
i know i need to replace the idler arm and drag link i believe.
but im having some clunking noises and i think the gaskets for the torsion bars may need replaced or something.
but i want to go thru and check everything and replace to make it ride and sound like new again.
i just put new shocks on
96 z71 ext cab 5.7 4x4 80000 miles

well my bro and i checked it out and it seems to be the inner tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm as suspected.
anything else i should change while im there?

they seems to be ok but ill need to learn more about how to change them before i do them.
