LT1 into a Z06 vette

Is it possible to swap a 1994 396 LT1 into a 2002 Z06.

Because I have found a stolen/recovered 2002 Z06 without and engine for a very good price and my Z28 has a LT1 396 in it,,,,,

I think that if it is that good of a deal but the car and put the motor that is supposed to be into it. If it is a good deal you will still be really far back of cost if you are wanting it. I don't know that you would enjoy doing the work that would have to happen to do that swap

you can find used LSx engines and trans for good prices if you search a little

if your looking to save money your best bet would be to swap just a regular LS1 into the car.
