Is this a good deal?

I've been looking for a firebird for sometime now. I test drove a 2000 pewter formula with a hurst 6 speed. Over all the car looks pretty clean. It has 27,000 miles and the interior is spotless, no squeaks or rattles. Sounded like it had aftermarket exhaust. It has everything i've been looking for. It says $20,900 but when i went they had it down to $17,900. What do you guys think? thanks in advance for the input.

I payed 21K for my 01 ws6 with 18K miles on it. in jan of 03

I don't think that is too far off, I would see if they will come off that even more seeing they had already dropped it some, Dealers always have room to move it a little.

yeah i know about the six speed being a good find. everytime i would go look at one i'd get disappointed with it being an auto. i'm not knocking autos just prefer the manual. I'll find out tomorrow when i pick her up. I can't wait.

It took a while and I never did get the one I was looking for... But I found a dealer about 1hr away from me that had a SOM WS6 M6 on their floor... I had never seen the color so I decided to go take a look... Needless to say, it was sold that day... ;)

I wanted a Black WS6 conv. but when I saw the SOM I fell in love and never looked back...
