I can't reply to that thread but if you can you might want to let him know that there is an 800 number for GM that you can call to report dealers and make general complaints. I have had to use this threat before and apparently its a big deal if a dealer gets reported because after I threatened to call the car was fixed asap (warranty work) after previously being in there 3 times with no results.
