Anything you see that you would do different....

Engine- new 6.0L Block, new stock crank gun drilled, eagle 4340 H-beam rods, JE dished pistons, ARP L19 rod bolts, arp main studs, roll master double roller chain, LS6 ported/polished oil pump, tsp 7.4in hardened pushrods, comp OEM lifters, yella terra rockers, asp pulley. Block is being cut for o-rings, and using cometic head gasket along with ARP head studs.

Cam- 230/236 .590/.578 114lsa + 2
Heads- PP Stage 3 LS6 heads (2.08/1.6 valves)
Exhaust- Pacesetter 1.75in headers, 3.5 in all the way back to the turbo.
Ported LS6 intake, ported TB, ported maf(also have stock in case)

Turbo- Master Power T70 with .96 AR(or .81 haven't decided). The turbo will be setup up similar to the STS turbo at the rear of the car.
Tial 40mm wastegate
Tial 50mm bov
Mocal External oil pump, custom oil sump and external oil filter and cooler assy for the turbo.
SKid plates for the turbo and air filter, this will help keep water and debri's away.
No intercooler for now but will be using meth injection.

Fuel system is yet to be determined.

Trans- stock with YankSS4000 converter.
Rear- Stock with 3.73's.

What do you think of this setup and how do you think it will do with 20lbs of boost at the track? I'll probly be running 6lbs or boost around town but would like to run 20 or so at the track. We are shooting for around 8.6:1 - 9:1 compression. Opinions please...

ya I'm aware, I'm not really asking about the tranny or rear, just throwing that info in there. The car is an A4 so that helps a tiny tiny bit.

I like most of what you have....kinda similar to my setup. The only thing I personally don't like is the cam choice. IMO, you are running too much duration, but just my opinion.

the other thing I recommend, set up your fuel system right the first time! don't be cheap on this part!!

Good luck

Ya I've been thinking about that, think I may sell the cam and get a custom ground cam that the turbo will like better. The fuel system is definately a must. What size injectors do you guys think I'll need. I'm figuring around 60lb'ers.

60 should be plenty...I'm running low imp. 60 # injectors on my 408/T-76 combo
