Hey,

New to this forum and I am looking for info on doing a engine swap. I'm planning to put in a LS2 into my 1995 V6 Camaro. I'm aware of the engine parts I need but what else will I be looking at changing out? ie: Tranny, rear end, ECM, ect. I will be doing a bare block build up. Any information will be great.
Thanks and keep the pedal down!

Going 6 speed or auto? You'll need a crate LS2, change the coolant temp sensor and the oil pressure sending unit, engine cradle, motor mounts, LS1 style pulleys and brackets and crank pulley, new PCM and harness (use SPeartech, they rock). Then you'll have to get the pedal assembly for drive by wire and mount it in your car. That will get your motor in and harnessed w/ PCM. Any other questions just ask. I just turned my LT1 95 Z28 into an LS2 car w/ a 6 speed. Lots of cash and time.
