I have no idea what this is, but it sounds bad. You can hear it a little at 43 seconds in, then really bad at 1:07. It does it whether cold or hot. It is not a belt. It seems to be coming from inside engine. It has oil in it. It's overheated 3 or 4 times in the past few days, and this started after one of those times. It's also been making some strange clicking noises that I don't know about.

Any ideas or advice on how to better identify it are welcome.
It sounds external of the engine. And more like a metal on metal rubbing than a (belt-type) squeal) like a heat shield or something.
Throwout bearing maybe.

That makes sense. It sounded internal to me and those crazy gold flakes I found in the oil under the intake and clogging all my lifters had me worried. It was doing this weird thing where every time I put it in gear while rolling, but without letting off the clutch, it would make a strange whirring noise. Hmm. Well the motor's at the machine shop getting magnafluxed now and then built up into something a little nicer, and my bulletproof T-56 and rear diff are waiting to be installed as well, so it doesn't really matter any more.
Thanks for the help though. I'll post again when the guy at the machine shop lets me know what it was. Of course I guess he won't know if it was the throwout bearing, but I'll post whatever info I get.
