It's painted on there.
It at least makes it look a little diffrent from others.
I'm not a huge fan of it, but I also don't hate it enough to go though the trouble to removing it.

I was not sure about the wheels being a good side view set of wheels, but they have definaly grown on me.
They really look much better with Firebird lines than Camaro lines, IMO.

really no difference in looks from the LS1, other than the car is a 99 but is missing the EGR on the intake...
My lid still says LS1 :D Makes those money races a little more interesting.
