Was able to start tuning the Procharger today.
1st baseline pull:
413.8 RWHP - 400.7 RWTQ
AFR started @ 13:1 then jumped up to 14:1 @ 7000
Got the AFR down to 12:1 and pulled a
451.4 RWHP - 514.8 RWTQ
But still went lean. 13:1 @ 6000, 14:1 @ 7000
That was it. Time to get more fuel
Didn't play with the timing. Left it @ 17*. I was happy with the HP. More than I expected with High Compression Heads and 5# of boost. With some more fuel and timing, maybe I can squeeze out another 10-15.
Time to figure out why am I running lean

Was Fuel pressure dropping, or staying constant?
FP Drop indicates lack of pump typically, whereas running lean while maintaining FP usually means not enough injector..

FP dropped from 60 to 40, so time for a pump. Injector DC was 171% but I am sure it was from the low pressure. I was hoping the 38's will be enough.

Honestly, 38's might barely squeak by. 42's would be better. I ran out of 28s at 450 and my Lucas 42s are running over 80% AT wot. so, I think 38s may be just a waste of time and tuning.

Worded the post wrong. I have the 38's in there now. So if I kept the FP up, would the 38's be enough for 500 rwhp?
42's @ 80% for 450, doesn't sound enough for 500 rwhp.

48's were enough for me until 550. After I broke that, I just said to hell with it, and went with 72's. Plenty of room to grow when only pushing 600 or so to the tire..

Ed, I just browsed ls1tech, the other ls# website, and now this, and I think I've read this post about 7 or eight times in different forums :p

Well the Intank Walbro 340 is in. Also the 42's are in.
It is going on the Dyno this Fri for tuning. Then once my 6.0L heads are here. More boost. :)
But it does feel alot better on the top end.

Just back from tuning the engine after the Walbro 340 and 42's injectors install.
Last time:
451.1 RWHP 514.8 RWTQ
This time:
474.8 RWHP 538.6 RWTQ - Unlocked
486.4 RWHP 440.4 RWTQ - Locked
But the biggest improvment was at part-throttle.
It was so pig-rich between 2500 and 6000, AFR was below the scale @ 10:1
AT 5200 rpms, RWHP was 325, RWTQ was 325. After getting the AFR leaned out to 11.8, RWHP jumped to 400, RWTQ to 400 :)
I can feel that 75 jump. :D

Just back from the dyno (again)
Wanted to try out a 50 shot. I used a 50 N20 jet with a 75 fuel jet just to make sure I was rich.
510.5 RWHP - 500.1 RWTQ
518.4 RWHP - 605.3 RWTQ - 50 Shot :D
The HP and TQ under the curve was great. Added about 100 RWTQ and 75 RWHP @ 4000
But I again was pig rich under 6000. Damn LTFT's shot up to +20 causing a less than 10:1 AFR.
Anyways I am pretty impressed with the N20 and the setup. I got my 500 RWHP. So why do I need those FI heads? ;)
