physically yes but you have to change to a ls1 k member and wiring harness etc

If you're changing from a true pontiac engine, you'll have to change transmission also. Belhousing bolt pattern different.

That's not a good way to start your first post.......... "True" pontiac motors have been gone for a while.

Has nothing to do with Pontiac. But you will have to change the tranny because of depth issues with the input shaft and bellhousing length. I am in the process of doing the same thing. If you're not sure on what to do or don't feel up to the challenge because of money and time, stay away from it.

I am doing it because I am bored with my car and want to do different things again that give me a challenge.
