THE35THZ beware of seller

Sorry so long..............

He posted a set of door sills on this site and others. Well I posted I wanted them and then went on the other sites and told him I wanted them and even PM and emailed him. Well I get an email from him saying they were mine. He was going to pay half of the shipping ,but I told him I would pay all of it. He emails me and say theat sounds good and to send him my zip code for shipping cost. Now he tells me there were other people intrested in them so he will put them on ebay to make it fair. That was after he told me I could have them. He wanted $50 for them ,but ended up getting $100 for them. I don't think it is fair at all. Sounds like he just wanted more money. ok, i understand. but understand, i was dealin with 3 different people at one time. i guess i might have matched up emails and pms wrong. please undertsand, i was getting emails and pms, so its hard to tell who was first. i should ask for no pms or emails.....so whoever is the first to reply gets them. i got 2 emails about the same time u replied to the thread....and i guess i thought that was you. i dunno man, i dont really know what to do....??? i apologize

If you go on the other sites you will see his other post about the brushed door sills. Beware of this seller, he is not a responsable seller.

i was talking to like 2-3 different people at one time about the sills. i had gotten an email right after i had replied to cmyzfly on the board, and i thought the email was him too. well, i had to go to work for a few hours...and when i got back, i had like 10 emails, 6 pms, and a lot of replies. it wasnt til i had gotten home from work that i realized i had settled with 2 different people. so i didnt know wut to do...it was totally an accident. so i wrote EVERYONE that had inquired about the item, and told them they were on ebay. that was the fairest way i knew of. i didnt wanna choose between the two people. yes, i made a mistake, but i am human....and if u check my record, i am an honest person. i wasnt trying to screw anyone out of any money, or get more money at all....i messed up, i apologize, and i was just trying to handle it the best way i could. i apologized to him too, and i dont think i should be punished for a lil mistake. its not like i accepted money from him. thank you for your concern though...i will try my best to be more careful in the future. i hope all is well...no hard feelings....i wasnt trying anything dishonest. :)

Nothing here would warrant any action at all. No money was exchanged. Everyone is the way they were before the deal was even thought of.

There is nothing to chose about in this matter . you post up on the forums and get people interested then you decide to get more money for them after you see that alot of people are interested. To me that is shotty and not good salesman ship at all if you agree to see a part to someone and then say hey this has turned into an auction and want more money it going on to ebay, that is bullshit. I would have told you to stick them, this parts forsale forum is not an auction that is why you have to put a price , you want an auction to the highest bidder you should have went straight to EBAY , and not waste a bunch of peoples time in the first place.

save it.........ive explained everything......and if u would read u would realize that what you said happened is not what actually happened. the mixup was about who was first......it wasnt about the money. so leave it alone
