wow nice to finally hear from you. i sent you an email a LONG time ago concerning your transaction and havent heard from you since. you had apparently paid with a check or something via paypal and up to 3-4 days later it still hadnt cleared and I have yet to check my paypal. i was under the assumption that the check was canceled or something since i had never received such through paypal.

pleace send shipping information and ill get the rockers out to you asap. im not out to swindle 85 from someone...im not that hard-up for money...

I was hoping it was some kind of mix up. My paypal history shows the payment has cleared. If you need I can provide you details of this. Paypal shows it as cleared so if you haven't recieved the money then we definitely need to contact them as it definitely came out of my checking account. Please recheck you paypal history. You should have also recieved an email confirmation with my shipping information. I have resent my shipping address to your email. If you do not recieve then let me know and I can PM you here or publicly post it for you.

ive since rechecked my paypal and i received your check right after I stopped checking on my account. why havent you contacted me or even replied to the email i sent a long time ago?

Honestly I forgot about it until now. I've been purchasing so many mods getting ready for summer that I didn't even think about it until I saw the post here. I can see that this is a mix up and considering your status at cz28, I seriously doubt you were trying to rip anyone off. Thank you for responding to this.

ive deleted the rocker thread since they were sold, so no need...ive also deleted the one at cz28.com so no worries...

if you wouldnt mind removing all of your posts from the other items im trying to sell id really appreciate it...including this one...

No offense but I've already deleted my comments from this thread (http://www.ls2.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2796) and this one. (http://www.ls2.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2797) Why don't we just get this one locked by a mod, you can repost the item, and then we can request this thread be deleted once I recieve the item so there will continue to be a record since the other threads are now gone?

your call...I can easily just delete this thread but I figured I'd ask you to delete your posts before I did so...

i dont see any reason to get anything locked by a mod because this whole ordeal wasn't totally my fault to begin with. my reputation doesn't need to get smudged because of this small mishap...whats the point of having a record on a board if you have record of payment via paypal. it would be pretty dumb of me not to send you your rockers considering you can just contactr paypal and get your money back...

Just trying to be nice. I've already made copies of the threads here and at cz28, can host them within seconds, and as you have stated can always go to paypal about this. I just don't see that as necessary is all. :)

If I understand your post, you have no problem with doing as I suggested. If you want then you can contact AOC SS to have this locked since it is your thread.

Also, I deleted my comments in two of the threads here. If you want then maybe we could get AOC SS to move our comments from this thread into the rocker arm thread and lock it since the item is sold?

As I stated above, why would I have it locked? Your rockers will be out to you asap so everything is fixed. I'd see why you'd continue this if you had attempted to get ahold of me and I was blatantly ignoring your e-mails or posts...but considering I replied back within hours (when I woke up) then I see no problem whatsoever.

Again, sorry for the mix up and they'll be out asap.

I never wanted to bad mouth Doug here or anywhere else. I was just a little mad that he was attempting to sell the same rockers that I had alread paid him for is all.

Let me publicly thank you AOC for helping me with this. I know that when you buy off any public board that there are no guarentees but I will state that:
1. This sale did not originate from ls2.
2. I've only had two issues out of literally hundreds of private purchases in different "For Sale forums.
3. I will definitely still use this board to sell and buy things, both privately and from our sponsors.
4. I've never had one issue with ANYONE on our sponsor list here that I have dealt with. When I buy new items (quite frequently from sponsors even though I don't have an ls1 or an ls2) I never worry about problems with the transaction.
5. Jim (AOC SS) shows alot of class in the way he tries to resolve issues between sellers and buyers here. I've been told more than twice at "another" board now to basically **** off when a sale went bad. It's not ls2's fault if a private sale goes bad but it still shows what kind of board they are running by the fact that they will try and help you.
