In 1999 There were a total of 467 Ram Air Trans Am convertibles built. You cant find the exact production # of this color and option combo, but I know 12% of production was Navy Blue(NBM) and 21.7% had a six speed. Based on just that criteria there should have been only about 12 NBM convertible six speed Ram Air Trans Ams in 1999. I don't have the numbers on the tan interior but that is even a more rare production above the other points.
Engine compartment:

Exquisite. Still shows some of the original assembly line chalk marks.

Totally stock unadultered and perfect in every way.

Interior:

Immaculate and smells new! NEVER smoked in or touched-up/repaired in anyway.
