The gaskets that came with the Kooks headers are pretty :lame:.
You know, the cardboard kind. I am told they are prone to leaks. I hear metal gaskets are the way to go. Any thoughts?

Either re-use your stock gaskets, or buy a new pair of OEM gaskets. Just stick with the stock gaskets, and you'll be fine. Just remember to torque them down.
11 lbs/ft on the first pass, and 18 lbs/ft on the second pass.
Sequence: 6-3-1-2-4-5

:yup: Just re-use your stock gaskets. I've reused them on every header install I've done and haven't had a leak yet. If you want new gaskets pick yourself up some OEM new ones :D
