N20 and the Popo's

Anyone ever have a run in with the cops and your N20? Anyone familiary with certain laws in your state and getting slammed? N20 is really sparking my interest lately.

Each state seems to be different. Here in NH, almost every time a cop sees the bottle on my hump they say somthing like this "is that legal like that". Most local cops won't know to much about DOT laws unless they have been taught to enforce paticular ones. And if you do put the bottle in your spare tire well you will probarably never have to worry about being harassed about it.

Laws vary from state to state; but in most states it is illegal to use nitrous on the public roadways; but not illegal to have it.

It would be pretty hard for them to prove that you "used" nitrous.

Also, if someone actually got caught using the nitrous, they're probably going to be getting more serious tickets like drag racing and wreckless driving.

And as everyone stated above, if you hide your bottle in the spare tire compartment; they'll never know. :D
