for the bolt ons...there are a few different CAI's including K&N, Stainless Works has headers and a catback, Gibson has a catback, Yank torque convertors, and Kook's is supposed to have headers soon.
for FI....STS has a turbo setup... or there's the Radix
All mine has so far is a tune, and it ran a 13.83 @ 99.77 last night.
Heads, cam, headers and intake alone will net you up to 573 crank HP from the engine, at least thats what PHR got ( http://www.popularhotrodding.com/tech/0611phr_ls2_modification/ )
Then again, for thrills an inline 6 TB torque converter and a tune will get you much better 0-60 (best bang for buck I would say). Get a shift kit put in when you do it...these things are famous for melting tranny internals because of the high weight high rpm shifts (mine shifts at the factory 6500 RPM every time I casually pass someone or take off from a stop light.)
After that, all mods are incremental but there is a nice rear sway bar kit from hotchkis, several adjustable coilver kits for the front as well.
There are also tons of exhaust systems, SLP has one with dual outlets (not true duals but could be modified).
Oh, adding a crossover and tweeters to the front dash speakers works wonders (did for me), as well as adding a sub and replacing the junk factory head unit with a good aftermarket (Z1 would do fine)
