S10 transplant??

I have a friend with a 93 Ext cab S10. ( 6Cyl.)
He is wanting to swap out to an L98/LT1/LS1....
What all is involved??
I know he needs the PCM & wiring harness.
How bout trans, rearend...

i would buy a motor and trans and ecm together, painless makes wiring harnesses for all the motors you listed. if you go ls1 you will need some custom headers and drive shaft made, but i think there are oil pans out there that will work and you might have to fab up some motor mounts;)
