I have some brake line that I bought from Advanced Auto Parts, it seems to work pretty good. It just sprays up a huge cloud though, not a nice streamlined shot like I'd like, but that's probably because the end is so mangled up from when I cut it. What did everybody else use for a purge, and how did you mount it? Mine looks pretty ghetto, I don't think I'm gonna pop my hood at the track anymore :D

Use some copper tube. It is easy and shoots a nice purge.

my bf bought a purge kit and it came with a rubber/plastic tube that just hooks into the selinoid. it worked fine but then he got dirt in the system and the stupid purge wouldn't work. he had to redo a lot of stuff.

Anyone have pics of a purge set up on a NOS 5177 kit?
We are looking for places to mount the purge...

I bought the NX Gen2 kit that came with the purge, and also bought the NX dual purge kit ("T" fitting and 2x18" stainless lines).

Here's a shot of where the N2O noid and purge noid are mounted, in the hood latch area :

You can probably clean up the ends of the brake line and crimp them closed a little to get a cleaner purge.
Good luck !
