what else do you have?
if your spraying a 100 shot with stock intake/exhaust your not going to be making all the power you could.

Get a full exhaust (Headers, Y-pipe, Cat and Cat back) then spray. They say 100 shot will take off 2 full seconds of time, so you would be in the 13 second range.

assuming traction, intake, exhaust, cam, 100 shot, I'd put you in low-mid 13s. I've seen w/o cam with all the same mods pull a 13.5 so I'll give you low 13s with the cam

i wont have header. all im doing on my exhaust for right know is adding a slp muffler and dual tips. i probably wont have the cam in by the time i get the n20 but will be getting it shortly after. also i will be adding 3.73's very shortly!

If you've got an '00-'02 then headers will not be too important... if '99 and below... you're gonna want to do that before going to the trouble of a cam... If you're gonna do both N20 and a cam then you should seriously put headers a little higher on the priority tree.
With all that and a wet shot you should be in the high 12's if you can launch it... probably in the neighborhood of 280-290 RWHP with the nitrous... might blow up that tranny though...

Where are you getting headers? I have to start doing some stuff to mine to get those haters off my back....

just get a cutout and spray the bitch on second thoughts! :) The stock intake isn't "that" restrictive. It does help tho if you remove the air baffles. :)

These trannies hold up pretty well to the power as long as you don't abuse the crap out of them (i.e. power shifting).

I got my Pace Setters on EBay. They're very affordable. RK Sport sells them as well, but i think they're like $500. Thunder Racing and TBYRNE both have some, their links on on the side of your screen. Headers really woke my car up, especially up top.

 The T-5 is rated at 300tq IIR, but I've heard of people pushing 400tq without problems. Remember, this is the same tranny used in the 80s camaros ;)
Speaking of the drivetrain, you're gonna want a new clutch. Stock clutch won't hold up to the abuse of a 100 shot.

Those cars were pushing 150-200 Hp for most of the decade... and if you remember, the 350 models were all automatics using the 700R4 which is much stronger than a T5... I wouldn't trust a T5 with >300 ft lbs.

That's fine, i'm sure T5s don't trust you either.
As long as you don't powershift them or abuse the crap out of them, they can handle the power just fine.
