Hyperfirm Brake Line Kit. Rear Center line upgrade kit for Traction Control Cars, 1995-2002 F-body

What is this kit? What is its purpose? Do I really need it when upgrading to stainless steel lines for the rear brakes as well?
btw- I do have Traction Control on the car.

Probably a braided steel covered line. A firmer brake line that doesn't expand as much as stock is a good thing.

Firmer lines transfer the fluid faster and make brakes more responsive.
