Thanks. Is it okay that I put it in two different forums? I know some TA and Vette guys visit the appearance forum and I figured there were also people in here that would want to see it.

Man that looks great! Where did you get them from? Maybe it's just the angles, or your camera, but is the Z part of the emblem a red color? Those would look badass on my Z if not for that.

those look awesome. one of the guys in the fbody club I belong to has those on his Z and it really does evoke the proud heritage of the Z28. :cool: :beer: :rockon:

Yes, the inside of the Z is red and also the inside of the slash part. I'm not sure, but there may be some way you could paint that part. Possibly silver or black would look good on your car!

I think they look great, I would not paint them, especially if they are the original 1969 emblems.

I have a set of the original 1970 emblems on my vehicle, that I purchased from "Classic Industries" and I paid a pretty penny for them, why screw them up by painting them?
