I wondering how long it will take to swap out my camshaft, springs, and pushrods.. Anyone...

It took me a weekend and that was me doing it by my self. Once you get the steering rack out of the way it smooth sailing. I'd suggest getting a good spring compressor. :mad: That's what ate a lot of my time on my swap, I did it with a crappy tool. Check out www.ls1howto.com, it's a great site. Good Luck!:)

ya my roomate said he did it in 63 hours, make sure u rest up :D
It depends. It took Jason and Geoff at Thunder Racing about 8 hours to install my cam, start to finish. I would double that time if you do it alone, and maybe add another 50% if you're inexperienced or never done a cam swap on a car before.

Mike Kleman/Rapid Motorsports did mine in ~6 hours. It's a bit of a PITA on a C5 as you have to drop the rack & pinion steering unit to get the crank pulley off.
