Installing 5177 N20 kit

When hooking up all the wires to the (Tach Wire on PCM) (IGNITION SWITCHED 12 Volts) and (12 volts)

How do i know i got the right wires?
Where could i find them? on my car?

I had a friend helping me hook mine up and he got to most of the electrical before me, but I don't think we hooked anything up to the Tach wire!! Do you have a MSD box?

Yes, thats what it says to hook up to the Tach wire. the MSD Window Switch

go on ls1tech.com and search for the PCM info for your year car...that gives you the # of the tach wire to tap into

I found this at the top of the N20 forum under the FAQ. ;) This is the location for the Tach wire when hooking up a window switch.

As far as the Ignigtion switched 12v and Constant 12v, use a test light and test the wires under the dash is what I did. They are I believe 12awg wires. Pink, brown, orange, ect. Orange is your 12 switched and red is the 12v constant. The tach wire is white and located at the pcm on the passenger side of the engine bay.
