I'm gonna get some 94-95 headers, a stock single cat y-pipe (with a gutted cat) and some rear o2 sims. but I've read that the fitting for the air pump to the headers are unique for 97, can I just get some block off plates and have the air pump deleated from the PCM using LT1 edit??
I want the air pump to still be visible under the hood incase I get pulled over, most of the state troopers around here will check for emmissions equipment.

The check valves should screw right on to the 94 headers, then just slip on your rubber hoses and clamp them.

yes you should be able to delete it out with the simms and LT1 edit. your state troopers must really be bored if they care about that crap , usually they have better things to be doign with their time

I think you need an 'S' pipe.

Nipples are different. You can take those fitting from OLD Exhaust mainfold, and should able to screw to new ones :)
