Just won a bid on Ebay on April 22nd... it's only been but a couple days, but i've e-mailed the seller twice with no response... and then i came across this after i did a search :( (take notice of the e-mail addresses) wonder if there is any relation??? :Ohnoes:

well.. i wouldn't be worried except for the fact i found that sort of a background doing searches...

I know it hasn't been that long at all, but I was just hoping for some kind of reply to my messages sent. That would ease my mind a little. I'll wait till the end of the week and see how it goes. If all goes well I'll let you guys know. I just noticed he did leave me a positive feedback so that is some sort of contact I suppose. I just rarely am on Ebay and get a little worried sometime if I don't recieve contact from the other party verifying the transaction and shipment of an item.

Ok... Got a reply from Chris today... So this eases my mind quite a bit.... :) I'll keep you guys updated...

K I've sent a total of 7 e-mails with only the one response listed above. I'm really getting upset. The guy is just plainly not responding back! I mean ANY response at all would be nice, but I'm getting NOTHING! I told him I will cancel payment if some sort of contact is not done by May 10th... :fuming:

Finally got a Tracking Number today after filing a complaint through PayPal...

Item shipped today on May 11th

I won the bid on April 22nd... Ridiculous... :mad:

I should recieve the package in 3-5 days I imagine... i'll let you guys know how it turned out...

Unfortunately it continues...

I FINALLY recieved the parts today, but of course, the seller (CHRIS) did not send the bolts, shims, washers, and locknuts that should come with the relocation brackets... This guy amazes me... he just can't get it right!

not to mention in the auction he said the parts were brand new and never used... which might be the case... but they are sure scratched to shit!

here's a few pictures of what he sent me... they are off my camera phone so you won't be able to see the scratches... but for the record here are some pics... what you see is all i got in the box... hopefully the relocation bracket parts are all that i'm missing...

Well... I sent Paypal a message updating them that i didn't recieve all the parts... they basically came back and said i'm out of luck and closed the dispute :rolleyes: :rant: :fuming:

oh well... at least i got to do this in the end...
