Confirmation emails

Do any of the vendors/sponsors on this forum actually send out confirmation emails or shipping information on internet orders? :rolleyes: I have two orders pending from two different vendors and I couldn't tell you where my order is or when I might get it. :mad: One of the orders went through and I got charged for it, but I don't know that the item ever shipped. WTF???? I do a lot of business online buying gun parts and whatever else I can spend money on and it is rare that I don't know where my purchases are or when I'll get them.

Can anyone tell me which vendors are better about this? Those are the ones that will get my business.
