 Just picked up my car today from Rapid, where it had a Textralia clutch w/aluminum flywheel installed, and 4.10s/MAC cover.

Pedal feels completely different - a lot more firm, but not hard to depress. Very well modulated (a new drilled master was installed with the clutch). There is some chatter, but i attribute that to trying not to spin the tires all over wet roads on the way home...on dry roads, chatter is almost nonexistant. Grabs nicely, no harsh engagements, but very smooth. Aluminum flywheel allows easier rev matching, and allows the engine to rev a good bit faster. Definitely worth the price tag.

Superior 4.10s are dead quiet - actually seem quieter than the stock gears to me. Stockers came out looking beautiful - couldn't see any visible wear or anything at all on them.

Once the break-in period is done, I should be getting a new set of tires very quickly :drive:

Element, are those 4.10's in a 10 bolt or 12 bolt/9 inch?

They're in the stock 10 bolt.

just ordered my textralia and cant wait to install it. There have been a few bad responses to it that ive read but it seems that everyone that installs it correctly loves it.

One week review of the Textralia.

This thing grabs. Very, very well. It's also as smooth as butter while driving. It can be a little rough when starting from a stop, but it is an aggressive clutch. It's not whiplash rough, but enough to notice. Regular shifting, I can shift much more smoothly than I could with the stock clutch - it's basically effortless with this to have a very clean shift. Aluminum flywheel, while not the dramatic change i expected, allows rev matching more easily, and seems to allow it to rev a bit more freely. I know some people are turned off because of the price, but to me, it was definitely worth it.

Going to hold out on comments on the gears....having some serious problems with the rear, but I don't know if that's gear-related or not. Car goes in the shop Saturday to try and troubleshoot the problem, and when i find out what it is, I'll relay my thoughts. As far as the gear ratio, 4.10s feel like they were made for the T-56.
