Saw 1st GTO on the road...

My wife and I saw a yellow GTO go by us in the opposite direction we were going. That's the first GTO we've actually seen on the road.

Also, a dealer here had a black GTO on the lot. They keep their lot open after hours and we actually got to look at one up close for the first time. There weren't any salesmen or guards to pester us.

The GTO looks so awesome in person. If the one on the lot had been a 6 speed, I might've been calling them Monday morning. Drool!

Ive seen three on the raod, Yellow Jacket, Phamton black, and Impulse Blue.:cool:

Just saw the 1st in my area yesterday, it was a Yellow GTO.

I've seen several on lots, but yesterday was our first on-road sighting.

It was great to finally get to check one out up close with no salesmen around. If a salemsan had been around, I might've bought the GTO I saw.

:haha: Yup, I know what you mean, first time I saw a GTO, sales guy came out, and it went like this.

sales, "Hey you like the GTO?" me, "Yes." Sales, "You want to take it for a test drive?" Me, "No thanks, I'll pass." sales,"Why?" me, "Because if I drive it I will buy it." sales, "What's wrong with that?" me, "I don't have the coin now." sales, "We can offer you low interest..."
