If I get better springs and bought this new cam would it hurt my car at all. I love that it makes so much power. Would I run into any problems with my car making 450 rwhp? Let me know guys. Is this size of a cam generaly ok with stock heads?

3.90's would be good for this cam right. Not that much difference in 3.90 and 4.10?

3.90s would work with this cam. 4:10s or steeper are recommened though.
Tuning is very important to getting this to work in a daily driver. With that taken care of, it is quite driveable for this size of a cam.

How much power can the ls1 stock block take? Isnt 450 rwhp pushing it. If so there is no way I can afford a new block

Just so you know, you might not be happy with this cam in a daily driver. It doesnt begin to make power until 3500 RPM. Unless you like keeping your foot in the throttle ALL the time, you arent going to like this. This cam will make your engine have really poor low end torque. It is a screamer, but just remember those awesome peak HP numbers are coming in almost 1000 RPM higher than the stock cam.
Sometimes peak HP isnt the deciding factor in what cam you should use.

i was gonna go trex but i didnt want to risk ruining my car as a daily driver so i got the TR230/224 cam instead and I should still be putting up awesome #'s at least over 410rwhp when i get her in!:D

How many ppl here are using the TReX? I plan on getting it but I would wait on the 4.10s till I switch to a 12bolt. Would it be worth it to get it with my 3.73s? Or just way for 4.10's.

there are several people on the board running cam such as g5x2-3 and m2's in their daily drivers, i dont see why the t-rex would be such a problem! Just get a set of 4:10's in ur 12 bolt and get a good clutch and then enjoy;) :D
