The judge had its hayday and no need to resurrect it
I think there should be a LS2 powered GTO Executioner
Judge, Jury, Executioner.....

I agree and there will be no Judge model coming from Pontiac. If a Judge model is coming it will be from SLP, maybe. I posted on why I thought no Judge would be coming from Pontiac on the PY Pontiac board and some told me I was an idiot. Here is what I posted.
Pontiac wil most likely NOT release a Judge model. From a marketing standpoint it makes no sense to associate the new GTO with the Judge. Only GTO enthusiasts would get it. If your marketing stategy is to pull in upscale car owners, ie BMW, Audi, Saab owners, the JUDGE name will not mean a damn thing to them. And actually is kind of silly from Pontiac's point of view. Whether some like it or not the new GTO is Pontiac's halo car and to associate it with a play on words from a 60's sitcom just doesn't make sense from a sales and marketing standpoint.

Well, I think the GTO should follow along the lines of the rest of Pontiac and make a GTP model.
GM now has the rights to the Judge.

sorry, ment GXP. GXP is now the new performance part of Pontiac. You have now the Bonnie GXP, and next year the Grand Prix GXP, followed by the G6 GXP. The GTO GXP is a lot of letters, but I dont see the Judge thing happening. Maybe just have one model with no performance model.
How about one with 3 small TB's?
and GTO means something.

I would tend to agree with this one, if they did bring out a different model, please no paint and stickers crap make it a bad mofo as stated.

SLP will not be making a Judge. They lost the court battle with GM on the rights to the name. WHy would GM fight for it if they had no plans to release a Judge model at some point?

If you are trying to attract new buyers, more upscale buyers like Lutz says. Then what the hell does JUDGE mean to someone who has no earthly clue what that is. Judge doesn't make sense to me on the new GTO.
Go ask at random 10 people who made the GTO. You may get 4-6 out of 10 who have the correct answer. Ask them who made the Judge. You will get blank stares from 9 people. I'm telling you I would be very surprised to see Pontiac come out with "THE GTO JUDGE". Think about it.

I just don't picture the Judge name on the new GTO's. Just a thought, but why not the GTO LeMans? I know the LeMans was basically a GTO w/o the High Performance parts, but I think on the new GTO it could work out pretty well.
