Zex makes some pretty simple nitrous kits.
But I can not think of any LS1 with a Zex kit...

zex;s wet kits are new in the past year or so.

cost, and lack of use, has kept them from being popular.

Personally, for me, $480 for a Nx kit, and $20 for a set of plugs, i would go Nx over the Zex, but thats me.

I have had BAD results from a DRY ZEX kit, installed on a 1996 V6 stang... when spraying, AF went to 18:1 off the chart lean, luckily it was so lean, the car didn't blow up, as there wasn't the cylinder pressure necessary for bad stuff to happen.

I haven't felt the need to risk a LS1 yet, im sure the Zex wet is fine, and the electronic TPS is cool, But i would stick with a tried and proven Nx (or similar) kit.

Over at LS1.com in the nitrous forum, there is a post about a guy using the ZEX system, it is on a Mustang, but it will give you something to work off of.:)

You can tell us you just the pruple bottle...how much is this kit?
First off if everythings in that box you can't fix one part you'd have to buy the hole box. Second its a newer company if that means anything to 'ya

the company has been around for at least 5 years, so thats not a huge deal.

Stangs, and LS1's are 100% different, when it comes to dry kits,

Wet, they're identical.

the stang guy on ls1.com has a dry shot, so his opinion of the system is worth very little when it comes to the wet ls1 kit.

I've been all over the Zex website and see nothing wet or dry for LS1. But, my summit catalog lists a newly released zex wet kit for 98+ LS1's. I imagine that if you contact the sponsors they can get ahold of one.

Wet kit is described as 75-125 HP with inline fuel pump, arming switch, wire to throttle position switch. Fuel is regulated by bottle pressure. Basic kit seems like a pretty decent start
