I recently purchased a QTP cutout from them, and I just wanted to share my experiance. I purchased it over a long weekend and I when didn't hear back from them on the status of the item I emailed them. Within an hour of the email, Angie had informed me that it was backordered and as soon as they recieved it it would ship out. True enough when they did recieve it, I got a notifaction from UPS that the package was on its way.
An area that Thunder can improve upon would be stating the shipping charges without having to become a registered user, and state that the item is backordered or instock.
It is nice to know that when you do send an email that it is not lost in cyberspace and someone takes the time to respond. That is the reputation that they have come to earn.
I would have no problems doing business with Thunder again,
