I installed the headers & off road y pipe on Saturday, along with a few other goddies. I did a cam, asp pulley and the headers at the same time, so I can't give any indication of the difference on the SOTP meter for just the headers & y pipe.

The headers fit very well, no rubbing or banging on anything.
The y pipe does not mate with the Hooker catback very well, so I am getting it welded together. I had to do away with the cross member that held the stock stuff and the y pipe did not line up with the bracket that held the stock y in place. I am sure with some time bending the brackets you could make them work. Everything is very sturdy and it does not bounce around or anything, so not having those 2 brackets does not bother or worry me.

It got a lot louder and now has some rasp at low rpm acceleration. It sounds wicked at WOT and at normal cruising speeds there is no rasp or drone.

Over all, I am very happy with my purchase.

I have Mac ceramic coated headers and they work great. I have lots of low end tq and the coating is holding up great.
I may do some bullets right off the header to see if i gain over the y- pipe to try at the track though.

I have Edelbrock catback and with the macs , it has one of the best tones of any f bod I ever heard. I do gain 18 rwhp through a cutout but cant break away from the tone my car has.
