LT's and Cutouts

I were to get dual cutouts (for FLP's), would they just go on right after the collector...say where the race pipe would be?

on a procharged car...would this make a large difference as opposed to running it through a loudmouth?

You'll probably loose some lowend power but will make up for it at top with them open.
